AnchorWellPress owns all intellectual property rights to our platform, applications, and content. Our system prompts, AI configurations, and underlying algorithms are proprietary trade secrets.

Prohibited Activities:

• Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or decompile our system prompts or AI configurations
• Using automated tools to scrape or extract our content or system information
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our backend systems or API
• Reproducing or redistributing our proprietary technology

Trademarked Names:

The following names are registered trademarks of AnchorWellPress: AnchorWellPress, P2P Call Coach, EOB Explainer, Benefits Maximizer, and GLP-1 Navigator. You may not use these marks without explicit written permission.

4. Prohibited Uses & Conduct

• Training or developing competing AI models using AnchorWellPress content or conversations
• Impersonating healthcare providers or AnchorWellPress staff
• Commercially redistributing, repackaging, or reselling our services or content
• Using automated bots or scraping tools to access our services
• Circumventing security measures or access controls
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Using the service in violation of applicable laws

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly at the current rate
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months

Refund Policy:

7-day refund policy if you have not substantially used the service. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of initial purchase.

6. Anti-Scraping & Anti-Bot Protection

AnchorWellPress employs security measures to protect our services. You agree not to use automated tools, bypass rate limiting, scrape content, or impose excessive load on our infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

No PHI Storage: We do not store Protected Health Information on our servers.

• Anthropic API: AI processing and conversation handling
• Clerk: Authentication and account management
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Vercel: Application hosting
• PostHog & Vercel Analytics: Usage analytics (non-PHI only)
• Resend: Transactional email delivery

8. Limitation of Liability

AnchorWellPress is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind. We are NOT liable for medical decisions based on our educational content, indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

9. Modification & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. User Conduct & Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in state and federal courts in San Diego County, California.
